Dr. Henry is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the River District Dental Society. He is a member of the Seguin & Guadalupe County Chamber of Commerce and the Seguin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Henry is very interested in new technologies such as digital photography, digital radiography, and computer technology. He especially enjoys cosmetic and restorative dentistry such as ceramic crowns, veneers, bleaching, bridges, composite bonding, and implant restorations.

In his free time, Sam enjoys saltwater fishing for trout and redfish at the coast, hunting, photography, cooking, and landscape gardening.
